      1.  Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

        Yes!  You can shop here with confidence.  willygoodclocks has partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card transactions for our customers.

    2.  Why should I buy my clock from willygoodclocks?
    We are an actual clock shop and an authorized service center for the products we sell.  We are experts in our field and are here to serve you!  We only carry products that we consider to be of good quality.  Additionally, we have a Lowest Price Guarantee!  We are also very helpful--should you want assistance in picking "the right clock".

    3.  Do you charge Sales Tax?
    No tax, unless you live in Illinois.  If you are an Illinois resident, we are obliged to charge Sales Tax.  This is to remain compliant with the law and with our re-sale agreements with the manufacturers.  The Sales Tax rate is 6.25% for Illinois residents.

    4.  Does your website show your full product line?
    No.  We are adding more products, from different manufacturers every day.  We sell the full product line for many manufacturers, including Howard Miller, Ridgeway, Bulova, Hermle, Seiko, Rhythm, Schneider, and others.  We have some of these clocks, available for immediate purchase, in our clock shop, that are not yet listed on this website.  We also have a few antique clocks--some with their movements fully restored--on display and available for purchase, out of our clock shop.  If you don't find what you are looking for, contact us for a customized list.

    5.  Do you have clocks available for immediate purchase, out of your clock shop?
    Yes!  We stock a nice selection of chiming mantel and wall clocks, cuckoo clocks, musical clocks, and a few grandfather clocks.  If you live near our shop, it will be well-worth your visit to come by.  Visit us during our in-store hours (or make an appointment) or get driving directions.

    6.  Are the clocks on your website guaranteed to be in stock?
    Many of our products are drop-shipped to you, directly from the factory.  In-stock status may be dependent on factory availability.  Products guaranteed to be in-stock, will have a "Guaranteed In-Stock" seal on the description page.  If you purchase a clock that is out-of-stock, you will be notified within three days.  Feel free to contact us to verify product availability.

    7.  Where are your clocks shipped from?
    Most of our products are drop-shipped to you, directly from the factory.  All shipments originate within the United States.  Most of our products are received within one week of ordering.

    8.  How will my clock be shipped?

    Grandfather clocks are shipped as freight.  The trucking company will contact you, the day before, they attempt delivery. All other clocks are shipped UPS or FED EX.  Most orders are received within one week.

    9.  How easy is it to set up and unpack a new grandfather clock?
    It is very easy!  Its just a matter of unpacking it, leveling it, hanging the weights and pendulum, and starting it up.  Contact us for a set-up video.  If you would prefer to have a clock professional come and set it up for you, choose the $99 shipping upgrade, and we will make that arrangement for you.  If you live within our service area (in central Illinois), we will come to your home or office and unpack and set-up your clock for you, FREE OF CHARGE!  Having a clockmaker set up your clock for you, has a lot of value because you will receive a personal demonstration of how all of the features of your new clock work, as well as advice on how to care for your clock in the coming years.

    10.  Can you ship to addresses outside of the United States?
    Generally, we ship only to addresses within the United States.  We may make exceptions for specific products, like an antique clock.  We are prohibited, by some of our manufacturers, from shipping their products outside of the United States.

    11.  I have a technical question or need help with my new clock.

    13.  Can I buy a gift certificate for your website?
    Yes.  It will be in the form of a code that can be used on our check-out page.  Contact us and we'll set you up!
