In-Store Hours of Operation


    As of April 1st, 2019, our availability will be by appointment, only. We will no longer keep regular hours. At this time, we are not accepting new clock repair jobs, with the exception of in-home service appointments, for grandfather clocks. We have a waiting list, which is approximately 3 years long. If you would like to added to our waiting list, please send us an email.


    Orders placed on this website will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days (regardless of the days, we are closed--our website is still open!). In the event, we are unable to fulfill an order on our website, we will notify you by email, within 72 hours.

    For our customers, who travel a distance, we will try to perform quick jobs (if requested), while you wait. We have a couple of chairs set up in our store for your convenience. If we agree to perform a repair, while you wait, you might want to make plans to have lunch at the Chenoa Family Restaurant, while we perform the repairs for you.
