This quartz, musical, cuckoo clock was hand-crafted, hand-carved, and hand-painted in the Black Forest, Germany. The cuckoo bird calls out, to count the hour; and calls out once on the half hour. After the cuckoo bird finishes, one of twelve popular melodies is played (more on that below).

mechanical version of this clock. This clock is essentially the same, except the weights will be decorative.
There is a light sensor that will silence the clock at night, when your room is dark.
