This is an antique ITHACA "No. 11 PONI" Double-Dial Calendar Shelf/Kitchen Clock. This is the smallest Double-Dial Shelf Clock ever made! The clocks gongs the hour, on the hour, and once on the half hour. It also has an alarm (found in many kitchen clocks, that winds separately at the bottom). We believe that the clock is circa ~1880.
This clock has an 8-day mechanism (requiring full winding of the mainsprings every week). A winding key is included.
