The LYNCHBURG grandfather clock was manufactured by Ridgeway, featuring:
An elegant swan's neck pediment with turned finial complements reeded side columns with upper and lower turned capitols. this clock features a Glen Arbor finish on select hardwoods and veneers.
An interior light gives the appearance of twinkling stars through a pierced stationary lunar arch. Arabic numerals, embossed center design and corner spandrels enhance the dial.
The interior of the case offers an elegant burl back panel behind the polished wieghts and lyre pendulum. The pendulum bob features an 8-5/8" decorative centor disk.
A battery-operated, quartz movement drives the pendulum, which requires no weekly winding. This movement offers your choice of Westminster or Ave Maria chimes and features volume control and a night silence option.
